The scope of activity of this laboratory includes the testing of meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, waters, confectionery, canned products, fruit, vegetables, soft drinks, spices, herbs, food additives, fats, cereal products, fodder, oil-bearing seeds, nuts, cosmetic products, essential oils, etc.

Microbiological laboratory

The scope of activity of microbiological laboratory includes the testing of meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, waters, confectionery, canned products, fruit, vegetables, soft drinks, spices, herbs, food additives, fats, cereal products, fodder, oil-bearing seeds, nuts, cosmetic products, essential oils, galenical preparations, work equipment and surfaces in contact with food, etc.

Laboratory for instrumental analyses

The Laboratory for instrumental analyses is engaged in testing the contaminants in food pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 31 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs: Mycotoxins, Patulin, Nitrates, Pesticides, Heavy metals. The levels of preservatives, additives, vitamins, active ingredients, colorants, etc. are also determined.
